  • The Lyceum Theatre continues to make the safety and security of its customers and staff a priority. As such, please bear in mind that they may undertake bag checks, so recommend you leave extra time to avoid queues and refrain from bringing suitcases, rucksacks and large bags into the theatre

  •  This production contains theatrical smoke and fog effects as well as strobe lighting during parts of the show

  • The Lion King is recommended for a general audience

  • The recommend The Lion King for ages 6 and up

  • Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted into the theatre. In the auditorium, anyone under the age of 16 must be with an adult and cannot sit alone

  • All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket

  • The Lyceum Theatre's Grand Circle is above the Royal Circle and offers a full, clear, elevated view of the entire stage.

  • All rows are steeply raked, with three steps between each. There are 83 steps from street level to the Grand Circle. There is also a lift for those with mobility difficulties, from which patrons enter via a corridor just three steps from the lower-numbered side of row B

  • The Grand Circle toilets are 29 steps down from the seating area

  • The Grand Circle is not recommended for sufferers of vertigo
